No1 DPF has developed a mobile DPF Carbon Deep Clean machine that stands on its own. The only thing that is needed is a 220v power source, although you could also use a generator. The No1 has its own water source of about 300L and the return reservoir is also about 300 liters. The polluted rinse water from the DPF filter is collected again so that it can be recycled and/or disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. The No1 DPF Carbon Deep Clean machine gives a water pressure of 5 bar and the water is around 50 degrees.
The N01 DPF machine is made of steel, making it very robust and certainly able to withstand a knock. No bolts were used in the development of this machine, except for the holes for heating and in and out of the water, the reservoir is hole-free and fully welded. The lid is completely removable, allowing you to use the machine for other garage purposes, such as cleaning large carparts in the return tank. All hose connections can also be disconnected, making the machine suitable for multiple purposes, such as even emptying a swimming pool or washing your car with high pressure water..
At this moment No 1 PDF is also providing its services in the Netherlands and deep cleaning onsite filters throughout the country.
