Binnen ±1 uur is het filter weer als nieuw en kan uw klant of wagenpark direct weer door!

De kosten per spoeling zijn dan €150,- ex BTW zijn en ex terugstuurkosten van het filter. Deze word dezelfde dag van ontvangst direct gespoeld en teruggestuurd.

No1 DPF launches innovative mobile DPF Carbon Deep Clean machine: robust, versatile and fully autonomous
The Netherlands, April 2025 – No1 DPF proudly presents its latest innovation: a fully autonomous and mobile DPF Carbon Deep Clean machine. This groundbreaking machine is designed to clean diesel particulate filters (DPF) thoroughly and efficiently, without the need for a fixed installation or complex infrastructure.
The machine only requires a 220V power source – a standard connection or a generator is sufficient. Thanks to an integrated water system of approximately 300 litres (including a 300-litre return reservoir), the machine is completely self-sufficient. The contaminated rinse water is immediately collected and is ready for recycling or environmentally friendly disposal, making the system sustainable and responsible.
With a water pressure of 5 bar and a temperature of approximately 50 degrees Celsius, the No1 DPF machine ensures powerful and deep cleaning of DPF filters. The housing is made of steel, without screw constructions – except for necessary connections – making the system extremely robust and impact-resistant. The fully welded tank and removable lid offer extra flexibility for other garage jobs, such as cleaning large car parts or use as a high-pressure cleaner.
All hose connections can be disconnected, which also makes the machine suitable for applications outside the automotive sector – think of emptying a swimming pool or cleaning vehicles with powerful water pressure.
In addition to selling these machines, No1 DPF also offers on-site deep cleaning services throughout the Netherlands. The company continues to innovate with several new models in development – all built in the Netherlands, with an emphasis on quality and sustainability. No imports from China, Poland or the Czech Republic – MADE IN NL.
